PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation gate simplified in structure and allowing to retreat under water as necessary. SOLUTION: This navigation gate includes a tubular oscillating float 8 which is formed in a horizontally long shape and has a flexibility so as to be able to supply to and discharge from a hollow inside 10. A skirt part 9 having a weight is suspended from the oscillating float 8 over the entire length. Restriction floats 18, 19 for restricting the distance sunk from a water level are connected to both ends of the oscillating float 8 with connection ropes 20, 21, respectively, while holding an interval equal to a navigation width W.
