<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device based on an absorption refrigerating cycle and a Rankine cycle and having high thermal efficiency. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A heater 11a is provided within a regenerator, and ammonia absorbing solution is warmed by a low heat source (approximately 70-120°C) and an intermediate heat source (approximately 120-180°C) of a driving heat source G. Expansion is performed by an expansion valve 13 with a power generator 13a to recover power, so as to highly efficiently generate electric power by the power generator 13a.
