<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide biodegradable resin emulsion-impregnated paper improved in delamination strength. Ž<P>SOLUTION: There is provided the biodegradable resin emulsion-impregnated paper produced by impregnating raw paper consisting mainly of pulp with a biodegradable resin emulsion prepared by adding ≥0.05 pt.wt. of ammonium zirconium carbonate to 100 pts.wt. of the solid content of the biodegradable resin emulsion, wherein raw paper prepared by adding ≥1 pt.wt. of a wet paper strength agent to 100 pts.wt. of pulp is used.
