PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately irradiate the treatment region, which is set in formation of a treatment plan, of a subject with radiation in radiotherapy. SOLUTION: The state of the subject P fixed on a bed 10 by a fixing implement F is photographed by a camera 23 to be preserved in connection with the treatment plan. The fixing implement F of the subject P and the photograph of the subject P placed on the bed 10 are displayed on a monitor 22 from the fixing implement ID 33 and the patient fixing photograph ID 34 both of which are connected with the treatment plan, and the subject P is placed on the bed 10 with reference to the displayed photograph.
