This novel process refers to the manufacture of a seat, which from the beginning of the structure is a novel product, also referring to the total control of the product, as well as the traceability of an already installed product, which allows the product to be analysed for further complaints. This novel process ensures the seat to be constructed and finished without lacking pieces, thus assuring the product until the end of the assembly process. In this novel process, the distance is minimal, thereby avoiding providers and structure delay times upon assembling a structure. Measuring and marking operations, for applying welding points, are avoided due to the use of assembly templates.
