PURPOSE: A direct conversion type repeater capable of converting band and bandwidth is provided to control filtering frequency bands and bandwidths of in-phase signals and quadrature-phase signals pf baseband, thereby relaying various service bands. CONSTITUTION: Down converters(200,250) generate quadrature-phase signals through down conversion of inputted high frequency signals to baseband. A digital filter unit(300) controls filtering frequency bandwidth of the generated quadrature-phase signals and in-phase signals of baseband. Up converters(400,450) execute up conversion of the in-phase signals and the quadrature-signals of base band to signals with frequency which is same as the frequency of the inputted high frequency signal.
