PURPOSE: An indoline-2-carboxamide derivative and a pharmaceutical composition including thereof are provided to obtain the effect of preventing and treating diseases related to a nuclear factor kappa B by including an activity inhibition property for the nuclear factor kappa B. CONSTITUTION: An indoline-2-carboxamide derivative is marked as the chemical formula 1. The indoline-2-carboxamide derivative is produce by reacting indoline 2 carboxylic acid and an aniline compound. A pharmaceutical composition includes the indoline-2-carboxamide derivative or an pharmaceutically allowable salt of the derivative, and a carrier. The pharmaceutical composition has a formulation of plaster, granule, lotion, and others. The pharmaceutical composition contains 0.001~99.9wt% of indoline-2-carboxamide derivative.
