PURPOSE: A coupling structure of a form which can be easily assembled and stripped using a wedge is provided to easily and rapidly perform assembling and disassembling works of a form, and to reuse the form. CONSTITUTION: A coupling structure of a form which can be easily assembled and stripped using a wedge comprises a wall form(10), a support form(20), a soffit form(30), and a slab form(40). The support form is coupled to the bottom of the wall form using wedges(1). The soffit form is coupled to the top of the wall form using the wedges. The slab form is horizontally coupled multiple panel units, and forms a floor board. The floor board is placed on the soffit form.
