METHOD FOR FREEZING AND PRESERVING MAMMAL TISSUE, NUCLEUS TRANSPLANTATION EMBRYO OF NON-HUMAN MAMMAL AND CLONED NON-HUMAN MAMMAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for freezing and preserving a mammal tissue, which can simply preserve the mammal tissue at a low cost in order to temporarily preserve the mammal tissue, and the like.

SOLUTION: The method for freezing and preserving the mammal tissue include: a picking process for picking the tissue from a mammal and a freezing process for freezing the picked tissue at a temperature of≤-60°C without performing a cell-dispersing treatment and a cell culture and without using an anti-freezing agent. The nucleus transplantation embryo of a non-human mammal uses a non-human cell contained in the tissue frozen and preserved by the method for freezing and preserving the mammal tissue, as a donor cell. In addition, the cloned non-human is produced from the nucleus transplantation embryo of the non-human mammal.
