<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly change setting contents of a workflow even when a plurality of users execute mutually different workflows to complete one transaction. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus that can execute a plurality of workflows each comprising a combination of work items respectively as a plurality of executable functions includes a setting change reception unit which receives setting change for a setting item of a work item constituting a workflow as a preprocess and reflects contents of the setting change on a setting item of a work item constituting a workflow as a related postprocess, a data generating means of generating data including an execution result of the workflow as the preprocess and the contents of setting change, an analysis unit which analyzes whether setting change is made for a setting item of the work item constituting the workflow as the postprocess based upon the generated data, and a workflow execution unit which controls execution of the workflow as the postprocess based upon an analysis result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
