PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe frame for a bicycle, particularly with a classic diamond form. SOLUTION: The pipe frame 1 for a bicycle, particularly with a classic diamond form includes at least one front head tube 3 connectable to a front fork, a first, substantially horizontal pipe-form piece 4 connected functionally with the head tube(s) 3 and constituting a socket 5 for mounting of a saddle, and a tubular structure 2 connected functionally with the front head tube 3 and constituting a second, oblique pipe-form piece 6 capable of supporting a central mechanism. At least one of the pipe-form pieces 4, 6 has a resisting cross-section asymmetrical in structural terms to establish a flexural and a torsional reinforcement asymmetrical about the plane 12 in the longitudinal direction of the frame 1. In detail, the plane 12 in the longitudinal direction is formed of a plane passing the axis of the first substantially horizontal pipe-form piece 4 and the axis of the second oblique pipe-form piece 6.
