PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head which has a good liquid ejection characteristic even when it has nozzles arranged in matrix and an enlarged ink supply passage, and to provide a liquid jet apparatus. SOLUTION: The liquid jet head includes the ink supply passage 70 which is equipped with both a first main reservoir 71 into which an ink is introduced and a plurality of branch reservoirs 72 to which the ink is supplied from the first main reservoir 71, a group of nozzles 34 arranged in matrix communicating with the branch reservoirs 72, a first heating member 91 which heats the main reservoir 71, and a second heating member 92 which heats each branch reservoir 72. The first heating member 91 and the second heating member 92 are heated separately from each other. Moreover, each branch reservoir 72 is heated separately from other branch reservoirs 72.
