PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of preventing breakage in a semiconductor circuit by electrostatic charges and verifying the operation of a semiconductor circuit prior to segmenting a substrate. SOLUTION: A TFT glass substrate 10 constituting a display device comprises a glass substrate 500, a gate line driving circuit 200 formed on one surface of the glass substrate 500, and an electrostatic discharge inducing section 100 formed between at least a part of the outer circumference of the glass substrate 500 and the gate line driving circuit 200 so as to be insulated from the gate line driving circuit 200.
