PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a stable refrigerating capacity while preventing fluctuation of refrigerating load. SOLUTION: A bypass passage 11 from a discharge port 2a to a suction port 2b of a compressor 2 is formed in an industrial refrigerating device in which a first condenser 3 and a second condenser 4, an expansion valve 5 and an evaporator (load) 6 are connected along the flowing direction of an industrial refrigerant between the discharge port 2a and a suction port 2b of the compressor 2, and a cooling means 12 is disposed in the bypass passage 11. The cooling means 12 extracts and mixes industrial refrigerants of a liquid phase state and a vapor phase state in the refrigerating cycle 1, and sprays the same to the industrial refrigerant of the bypass passage 11 by an atomizer 13, so that cooling is performed by latent heat generated when a liquid component of the sprayed industrial refrigerant vaporizes.
