PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body front structure capable of reducing the bending moment acting on the support upper side in a radiator support. SOLUTION: This vehicle body front structure 10 includes an upper side member 30 overhanging outside in the vehicle width direction more than a side part 26 from an upper part 22 in the radiator support 20 and supporting a vehicle mounting part 54, an upper side installing part 36 and a lower side installing part 38 arranged at a predetermined interval in the vehicle body vertical direction in a part positioned on the vehicle body rear side on the vehicle body lower side than an outside end part in the vehicle width direction of the upper side member 30 in a side member 12, a lower side joining member 42 and a lower side joining member 44 for joining a vehicle width directional outside end, the upper side installing part 36 and the lower side installing part 38 of the upper side member 30 in a truss shape.
