<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a smooth motion (movement), by easily improving absolute accuracy and relative accuracy and to achieve saving in space and reduction in size, weight and cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A first guide mechanism 3 is configured, in such a manner that a first guide part 14 is arranged in a plurality of positions, the first guide part being configured, in such a manner that the surface of a part of a lens support part 2 and the surface of a part of a first support part 4 come into surface contact with each other; a first engagement pin 11 is erected on one surface; a first slit 12 is formed in the other surface; and the lens support part 2 is brought into press-contact with the first support part 4 by a first spring 13, attached to the first engagement pin 11. A second guide mechanism 5 is configured, in such a manner that a second guide part 18 is arranged in a plurality of positions, the second guide part being configured in such a manner that the surface of a part of the first support part 4 and the surface of a part of a second support part 6 come into surface contact with each other, a second engagement pin 15 is erected on one surface, a second slit 16 with which the second engagement pin 15 is engaged is formed in the other surface, and the first support part 4 is brought into press-contact with the second support part 6 by a second spring 17, attached to the second engagement pin 15.
