PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to allow a thin and even fluorescent layer on an LED chip without an electrophoresis technique. CONSTITUTION: A base member(100) comprises terminals. The base member comprises an inlet port. An LED chip(120) is mounted on the base member. The LED chip is electrically connected to the terminals. The fluorescent member(140) is filled into the around the LED chip. The fluorescent member is filled through the inlet port. |
