PURPOSE: A processing for a light guide panel laser using acousto optic modulator is provided to control RF power by connecting with laser output change at a real time, thereby applying constant and regular laser beam to LGP(Light Guide Plate) process. CONSTITUTION: A laser beam which is emitted by a laser outputs 90 percent of emitted laser at beam split mirror(30). The rest 10 percent of the laser beam is reflected. The reflected laser beam is absorbed in thermal head sensor(40). A temperature sensor which is mounted on the inside displays a real time laser output value on a power meter. An analog voltage value equivalent to the displayed output value is outputted to outside. |
