Disclosed is a compound of Formula 1 wherein R1 is selected from the group consisting of -CN, -OCF3, -OCHF2, -SCF3, -SCHF2, -CF3, F, Cl, -CH3 and -OCH3; R2 is selected from the group consisting of F, Cl, Br, and CH3; R3 is selected from the group consisting of C1-C3- alkyls and allyl, provided that when R1 is CN or CF3, R3 can only be C1-C2 alkyls; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Disclosed are intermediates and the use of a compound of Formula 1 in the manufacture of a pharmaceutically active preparation for treating a disorder of the central nervous system.
