<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing vegetable juice which selectively removes major causative of peculiar bad smell common in mulukhiya, spinach, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The taste of the vegetable juice is improved by making adenine in the vegetable juice to be selectively adsorbed on activated clay and removed by contacting the vegetable juice with activated clay, acid clay or their mixture, and then removing the activated clay, acid clay or their mixture from the vegetable juice. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
