PURPOSE: A slide opening/closing device for portable telephone is provided to supply elastic power more stably by overlapping the slide opening/closing device and to implementing the thickness of the slide opening/closing device more thinly. CONSTITUTION: First and second elastic power delivery members are connected in order than each one end is respectively rotatable. When slide motion is in progress, a guide member(130) is included in order to prevent separation. One pair of guide bars prevents the separation of elastic members. The elastic members include pressurizing units.
