PURPOSE: An exercise management system of a digital muscle exercise apparatus is provided to enable a user to do systematic and efficient exercise by accurately know the information about a muscle exercise their doing visually. CONSTITUTION: An exercise management system of a digital muscle exercise comprises the following: an input unit(121) to input user information; a sensor unit(122) to detect exercise information of the user; plural muscle exercisers(120) including a display unit(123) to display the exercise information and the user information; and a server(110) connected to the muscle exercisers to enable a user to select a proper exercising program based on the user information, supplying the user information to the muscle exercisers, calculating the quantity of the exercise, and supplying the quantity of the exercise to the muscle exercisers.
