PURPOSE: A camera module is provided to add the second substrate in which a passive element is mounted in the lower part of the first substrate, thereby reducing the entire size of a camera module. CONSTITUTION: A camera module(100) comprises a lens barrel(110), a housing(120), the first substrate(140) and the second substrate(150). In the lens barrel, one or more lenses are laminated and combined. In the housing, an opening(123) into which the lens barrel is inserted is included. The first substrate is closed connected to the end part of the housing. An image sensor is attached to the upper surface of the first substrate and an element mounting space(143) in which at least one passive element(153) is mounted. The second substrate is combined with a lower end of the first printed circuit board. In the second substrate, the passive element is mounted.
