PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a warning having a high effect of accident prevention in consideration of an object and situation where the a hazardous condition occurs.

SOLUTION: A vehicle position acquisition part 26 acquires the position of a vehicle. A hazardous point determination part 42 retrieves hazardous point information indicating a position existing in a traveling direction of the vehicle and having a predetermined range of distance from the position of the vehicle, based on the position of the vehicle acquired by an vehicle position acquisition part 26, from a hazardous point database 34 storing the hazardous point information. A warning device 20 is controlled by a warning control part 44 in order to output a warning message according to the kind of the road structure and the kind of the object existing in the traveling direction indicated by the retrieved hazardous point information.
