PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool for providing increased processing speed even when a material difficult to cut is cut and processed, improving process efficiency, and prolonging the tool life. SOLUTION: In the cutting tool 10 in which an insert 8 is detachably attached to an outer circumference on a tip end side of the tool body 1 with a clamp screw 9, the insert 8 includes a rake face 8b facing forward in a tool rotation direction, a flank 8a intersecting the rake face 8b to continue, facing the tip end side, and opening a screw insertion hole 8c where the clamp screw 9 is inserted, and a cutting edge 12 having a main cutting edge 12a. The cut angle D is set to 20° or less, a feed passage 11 feeding the cutting fluid is formed in the tool body 1 to communicate with a screw hole 11a in which the clamp screw 9 is screwed. In the clamp screw 9, a cutting fluid flow hole 9c that penetrates the clamp screw 9 along the screw-in direction, communicates with the feeding passage 11, and opens toward the tip end side of the tool body 1 is formed.
