PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a premium put-out machine capable of smoothly exchanging premiums without making a game customer wait even if the premiums are restocked in business hours. SOLUTION: The premium put-out machine 10 has: a plurality of premium housing parts; a counter for counting the number of housed premiums; and a memory for storing the number of premiums. A locking mechanism 18 prohibits a personal access to the premium housing part being restocked based on an execution of restocking of the premium housing part with the premiums. After that, the number of premiums in the premium housing part being restocked are counted in kind by the counter at timing of business end counting or the like.
