PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflector for lightening, for a mirror or for a display panel, in which the flocculation of an Ag film is hard to occur. SOLUTION: The reflector for lightening, for a mirror or for a display panel has a reflective film of pure Ag or an Ag based alloy on either side of a substrate.
