<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial force rotary power plant, (1) miniaturizing and reducing the number of spindle rotary units, (2) making correlation between rotation center position of a moment shaft mechanism and a circle center position of a ring rail and increasing rotary speed, and (3) securing electric power generation quantity of twice as much as rotary drive consumption electric power of the moment shaft mechanism thereby. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this axial force rotary power plant, the plurality of spindle rotary units comprising a vertical ring rail provided with a guide body in the whole circumference, a spindle guide mechanism including a guided member always engaged with and guided by the guide body of the ring rail, and the moment shaft mechanism supporting the spindle guide mechanism movably in a rotary radius direction, making the same engaged and travel along the ring rail, are arranged in parallel. In each of the unit, a rotary center shaft of the moment shaft mechanism is installed on a common rotary drive shaft shifted in a horizontal direction from a circle center of the ring rail, and an electric power generating device is connected to the rotary drive shaft.
