PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial connector assembly in which mismatching of impedance is suppressed and high-speed transmission is achieved. SOLUTION: This assembly is equipped with: the receptacle body part 10 having an internal conductor 11 in which a first internal conductor 12 and a second internal conductor 13 of a cylindrical shape are slidably coupled, and having a cylindrical external conductor 15 arranged outside the internal conductor 11; and the plug body part 30 having a columnar center contact 31 connected to the center conductor 51 of a coaxial cable 50 and an external contact 32 formed in an annular shape surrounding the center contact 31. By mutually abutting flat end faces of the second internal conductor 13 and the center contact 31, and mutually abutting flat end faces of the external conductor 15 and the external contact 32, one portion of the first internal conductor 12 is housed in the second internal conductor 13, the dimension of the axial direction of the external conductor 15 is reduced, and the impedance of a region of the internal conductor 11 and the impedance of the region of the center contact 31 are made constant.
