PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical unit with a shake correcting function, which achieves facilitation of assembly and disassembly of a movable module. SOLUTION: In the optical unit 200 with a shake correcting function, a lens or the like is covered with a module cover 160, and a rear side of a camera shake detection sensor is covered with a sensor cover 180. In the optical unit 200, when coupling the covers with each other, the lens or the like is covered with the module cover 160, and the rear side of the camera shake detection sensor is covered with the sensor cover 180. When coupling the covers with each other, a module-cover-side flange part 168 of the module cover 160 and a sensor-cover-side flange part 188 of the sensor cover 180 are joined by a screw 198 and a cylindrical member 199 where a screw hole is formed.
