A continuous positive airway pressure mask for use in positive pressure airway therapy includes a mask shell 17 with a cushion 19 and a joining member 14, and a forehead support 10 including a frame 12 movably mounted to the joining member to allow angular adjustment 31 between the mask frame and the forehead support. In the several embodiments disclosed the forehead support frame and mask frame joining member are provided with inter-engaging tongue and groove elements 34, 40 that can be disengaged and re-engaged to set the angular orientation between the mask frame and the forehead support into one of a plurality of discrete orientations.
