The invention relates to treatment of industrial, process and waste waters from oil products, dispersed oils and mechanical impurities, in particular, to flotation plants for use in chemical and oil-refining industries. The technical result is aimed at enhancement efficiency of processing process and waste water with any content of oil-products, dispersed oils and mechanical impurities therein by providing uniform distribution of air stream over the entire cylinder cross-section and simultaneous creation of variously-sized air bubbles. ESSENCE: a flotation plant comprises a flotation column consisting of a vertical cylinder and air-preparation unit connected therebetween by a cellular block, according to the invention the plant further comprises a mixing capacity with input branch pipes for water to be processed and a floating reagent with an output branch pipe to discharge the mixture to the floatation column, wherein as said cellular block the flotation column comprises a separating element made from porous material and the air-preparation unit comprises an air duct embodied as a perforated pipe laid horizontally. In preferred embodiments the separating element can be manufactured as a packet having at least two layers of porous material with pores being 50-100 microns, the perforated pipe is laid horizontally as a spiral or as random turns and all holes in the perforation pipe of the air-preparation unit are oriented in one direction, mainly downward, the air-preparation unit is embodied as an almost hemisphere and the reagent comprising aminomethylenphosphonic acid as sodium salts is used as the flotation reagent. |
