PURPOSE: A multi-functional reading desk is provided to enable a user to read books in a dark place by mounting a separate illuminating unit and to enable the user to control an angle according to vision of the user. CONSTITUTION: A multi-functional reading desk comprises: a body(100) supporting books; a book holder(200) having a bending unit; an angle adjusting unit(300) including an angle control unit and a illuminating unit(40) which is separately included on the upper end of the body. The bending unit comprises: plural pairs of magnet(13) which are attached to the body and the book holder; a fixing groove(16) in which a fixture(11) is inserted; a spring(12) supporting the fixture; a case(14); and a hinge(17) and a hinge groove(18) which rotates the book holder.
