<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise suppression sheet of high imaginary-part magnetic permeability μ", taking an effective noise measure even when it is thinner and lighter than before. <P>SOLUTION: The noise suppression sheet 1 is constituted in such a way that on both surfaces of a magnetic layer 15 which is a noise suppression layer formed by dispersing soft magnetic powder 11 in a bonding material 12, a flame retardant layer 14 in which a flame retarder 13 is dispersed in the bonding material 12 is formed.
