PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeder of a continuous object such as a belt material for a safety belt which is capable of easily replacing the continuous object. SOLUTION: A level loading table 3 having a peripheral wall 4 is used so that a rolled stuff 2 with a continuous object 1 being wound therearound does not slip down. A cutout section 5 having the width where the continuous object 1 can be drawn outside is formed in a part of the peripheral wall 4, and a guide pin 6 for guiding the continuous object 1 is erected in the cutout section 5. The rolled stuff 2 is loaded on a surface of the loading table 3 so that a side surface of the rolled stuff 2 is abutted thereon. One end of the continuous object 1 is pulled out by the external pulling force, and the rolled stuff 2 is freely rotated on the loading table 3. The loading table 3 is formed of a material forming the friction resistance without any excessive turn by the inertia.
