<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably pack an electronic equipment with an inexpensive structure having excellent shock-absorbing action. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In an electronic equipment packing device for packing an electronic equipment 4 in a corrugated fiberboard-made box 1 via a shock-absorbing material 7, the shock-absorbing material 7 consists of one substantially rectangular corrugated fiberboard material, and the shock-absorbing material 7 is divided into a center shelf portion 7A and a pair of leg portions 7B. A space between a valley folding line and a ridge folding line of each leg portion 7B forms an inner leg portion 7Ba, and a space between the ridge folding line and an edge of the shock-absorbing 7 forms an outer leg portion 7Bb. The shock-absorbing material 7 is inserted in a box body 1 while each leg portion 7B is folded around the ridge folding line and the valley folding line, the electronic equipment 4 is placed on the center shelf portion 7A, and the center shelf portion 7A is pushed down. Thus, both ends of the electronic equipment 4 are abutted on an inner side surface of each outer leg portion 7Bb through a through-hole 20 in each inner leg portion 7Ba.
