<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance closure property of a door while enhancing crime-prevention property. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Air in a cabin 26 is removed to the outside of the vehicle from a periphery of a license plate 50 (clearance with a back door outer panel 32 of a back door 30) while passing through a ventilation grille 44 of a back door trim 40 and a duct 110 when the last door is closed. Thereby, ventilation resistance is reduced and the closure property of the door is enhanced when the last door is closed. Further, since a duct opening part 110A of the duct 110 is arranged at a back side of the license plate 50, appearance design is not affected. Further, even if the license plate 50 is bent, a shutter 122 is opened, and a tool is inserted from the duct opening part 110A, the shutter 122 becomes an obstacle and the tool does not reach to a lock mechanism 60. Thereby, even if the lock mechanism 60 is arranged near a lower side of the duct 110, the lock mechanism 60 is prevented from being destroyed by the tool and from being lock-released.
