PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure of an article accommodating part which can more surely obtain an impact absorbing effect during a collision of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A first interior wall 41 of an interior part 17N of the article accommodating part 17 inserted into an opening part 11 of an instrument panel 1 is allowed to be opposed to a steering support member 16 through a second interior wall 15 formed in an interior part 1N of the instrument panel 1 from a rear side of the vehicle. In the second interior wall 15, an annular rib 56 rising toward the first interior wall 41 is provided. When a force directed toward a front side Fr of the vehicle is applied to the article accommodating part 17, the annular rib 56 is sandwiched between the steering support member 16 and the first interior wall 41 to press the top part 56T of the annular rib 56 to the first interior wall 41.
