Disclosed is a compound of formula (I), wherein the substituents are as defined in the specification. The compounds are inhibitors of hepatitis C virus (HCV) RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp).Also disclosed are compositions comprising said compound, a method of inhibiting HCV polymerase comprising contacting with said compound and the use of said compound for the manufacture of a medicament for inhibiting HCV polymerase.
