PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network system shifting a transmission mode for a sound transmission frame through simple and high-speed processing. SOLUTION: In forming an audio network system in which a plurality of processors each having two sets of transmission I/Fs and reception I/Fs are connected and a TL frame generated by a master node and including a plurality of storage regions for audio signals circulates among the processors in each constant period to transport the audio signals among processors, the system is configured such that when any of the reception I/F receives a TL frame assumed to circulate through a transmission route on the opposite side (S123), the system shifts to a single mode of transmitting and circulating TL frames on a forward side through one transmission route (S124).
