摘要 PURPOSE: A conductive composition for forming an electrode of solar cell is provided to ensure high coating adhesive strength with a substrate and excellent weldability with solder ribbon, and to obtain excellent electrical specific-resistivity property at a low temperature. CONSTITUTION: A conductive composition for forming an electrode of solar cell comprises 30-95 weight% conductive powder, 0.1-20 weight% water glass, 0.5-50 weight% binder, and the remaining amount of a solvent with a boiling point of 80-300 °C. The conductive powder is at least one selected from the group consisting of silver powder, gold powder, platinum powder, palladium powder, indium powder, copper powder, nickel powder, silver-plated nickel powder, silver-plated copper powder, and silver-plated tin powder.
