PURPOSE: A method and a device for automatically measuring the thickness of a sintered sample through a sintering process is provided to measure the thickness of the specimen on a real time basis by measuring the movement displacement of a press ram according to a powder molded body. CONSTITUTION: A method for automatically measuring the thickness of a sintered sample through a sintering process comprises following steps. When a powder molded body is not injected, a press ram(11) is pressed and the temperature of an incinerator(10) rises so that press ram moving displacement and temperature change data are measured and stored on a real time basis. When the powder molded body is injected, the press ram is pressed and the temperature of the sintering furnace rises at the same time so that the press ram moving displacement and the temperature change data are measured and stored on a real time basis.
