OPTICAL ADAPTOR

PURPOSE: An optical adaptor is provided to stably form the mechanical and optical connection between the optical adaptor and an optical connector by mechanically combining a flange and the optical adaptor. CONSTITUTION: A fixing rack(41) is fixed to a unit. An insertion pipe(42) is protruded through the fixing rack. The ferrule(53) of an optical connector(50) is inserted into the insertion pipe. Protrusions(44) are oppositely protruded based on the insertion pipe. The protrusions are parallelly arranged with respect to the insertion pipe. A gap between the protrusions and the end of the insertion pipe are protruded along the external surface of the optical connector. A pair of grippers(43) is formed on the front and the rear side of a flange(52). A guide groove is formed on the circumference of the flange.
