BEANS SELECTOR SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A bean sorting system is provided to sort only high quality beans and to improve quality by efficiently removing soil, foreign materials, damaged beans, and immature beans. CONSTITUTION: A bean sorting system comprises a blower(210) which is included on the lower part of a winnow(230). The winnow includes a gravity separator to sort popped beans into normal beans and an immature beans using vibration. A backend of the gravity separator has a slope 5° greater than the leading end of the gravity separator. A guide is installed on the upper side of the leading end of the gravity separator to easily sort the bean.
