<p>PURPOSE: An OLED device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the reduction of resistance of a mesh shape power line by forming a wiring for the reduction of the resistance. CONSTITUTION: A buffer layer(102), a first semiconductor layer(104a), a second semiconductor layer(104b), and a metal layer for a source/drain electrode(106a) are successively formed on a substrate(100). The source/drain electrode, an ohmic contact layer, and an active layer are formed by patterning a part of the metal layer for a source/drain electrode, the second semiconductor layer, and the first semiconductor layer. A gate insulating layer(108) is formed on the substrate. A gate electrode(110) is formed on the gate insulating layer. A protective film(112) is formed on the substrate including the gate electrode. A transparency metal for a pixel electrode and a metal for a resistance reduction are successively formed on the substrate. The wiring for a resistance reduction and the pixel electrode(116b) are formed by patterning the transparency metal for the pixel electrode and the metal for a resistance reduction.</p> |
