<p>Disclosed is a touch panel device equipped with a screen formation device (16) that forms a screen with touch keys formed in multiple valid areas that are provided with an invalid area interposed therebetween; a display device that displays the screen formed by the screen formation device (16); a touch panel (11) that is mounted on the display surface of the display device and that outputs a signal according to the location that has been pressed; a location detection unit (12) that detects the pressed location on the touch panel (11) based on the signal transmitted from the touch panel (11); an area detection unit (21) that detects whether the pressed location detected by the location detection unit (12) belongs to an invalid area or belongs to a valid area; and a control unit (22) that, when the area detection unit (21) detects that the pressed location belongs to an invalid area, causes the screen formation device (16) to form a screen on which the touch keys of the valid areas with the invalid areas interposed therebetween are enlarged.</p> |
