The arrangement has diagonal struts (18, 20) fixed at carriers i.e. side skirts (30, 32), of a body of a passenger car under placement of a retainer element. The retainer element is connected with wall regions of the carrier, where the wall regions are spaced at a distance from each other. A strut structure (16) is arranged at a lower side of the body. The retainer element is formed as a sleeve with a head, which is interposed from a lower side of the carrier to a stop of the head at the wall regions of the carrier. The struts are connected with the retainer element by a screw.
