PURPOSE: A solar cell with a self-cleaning function is provided to prevent the filtering of ultraviolet ray due to dust or contaminated droplet by applying a photo-catalyst coating layer on the surface of a tempered glass sheet. CONSTITUTION: A cell panel(3) is installed on the rear side of a tempered glass sheet(2). A photo-catalyst coating layer(4) is formed on the entire surface of the tempered glass sheet by applying titanium oxide. The photo-catalyst coating layer prevents the filtering of ultraviolet ray due to dust and contaminated droplet. When an organic material is placed on the tempered glass sheet, the titanium oxide oxidizes the organic material not to be stacked on the tempered glass sheet. |
