Kit comprises: a first cosmetic composition for make up and non-therapeutic care of keratinous fibers comprising a continuous aqueous phase, at least a silicone surfactant and at least one crosslinked polyelectrolyte; and a second composition for make up and/or care of keratinous fibers. Independent claims are included for: (1) a cosmetic process for make up and non-therapeutic care of keratinous fibers comprising applying the first composition, then the second composition to the keratinous fibers, where the second composition is heated to a temperature of >= 40[deg] C, before, after or during the simultaneous application; and (2) a composition comprising the continuous aqueous phase, at least one nonionic silicone surfactant having hydrophilic-lipophilic balance of >= 8 at 25[deg] C and crosslinked polyelectrolyte acrylamide copolymer/sodium 2-methyl 2-[(1-oxo 2-propenyl)amino]-1-propane sulfonate, crosslinked sodium starch glycolate in the form of powder, crosslinked sodium polyacrylates, copolymer of polyacrylic acid and alkyl acrylate, and/or 2-methyl 2-[(1-oxo 2-propenyl)amino]-1-propane sulfonic acid copolymer/crosslinked polyoxyethylene alkyl methacrylates.
