PURPOSE: A drainage pump and a washing machine including the same are provided to reduce vibration and noise occurred in the drainage pump by covering the outer surface of a second coupling member using a first coupling member of a rubber material. CONSTITUTION: A washing machine is composed of a cabinet, a water tub, and a drainage pump(110). The drainage pump is composed of a case(120), a first coupling member, a second coupling member(160), and fasteners(170). The case comprises a mounting bracket(127). The first coupling member is separated from the cabinet. The second coupling member is inserted into the first coupling member. The fasteners are inserted into the second coupling member through the cabinet.
